case file no. UMR – 220021327. Now she is in need of medical treatment which cost is 5,00,000/-. ( five lakhs rupees only.).

Patient father (MAHENDRA NIKAM) is working as a Labour Farmer Motala Buldana village and his earning amount yearly Rs. 30,000/-. Family members all are dependent. From last 6 months he is not working.
