Patient History: MASTER SWARAJ RANJIT JADHAV is 6 years old baby boy and he is suffering from EWING SARCOMA (type of Bone cancer) and child needs treatment on urgent basis and hIs treatment is on going with bai jerbai wadia hospital, parel, mumbai. case file no. UMR - 220007544. Now he is in need of medical treatment which cost is 5,00,000/-. ( five lakhs rupees only.). Beside that he also need a knee belt and shoes which total cost is 22,000/-.

Family Histroy: Patient father (RANJIT JADHAV) is working as a auto rickshaw driver in khamgaon buldana village and Mother is House wife. Ranjit earning amount yearly Rs. 30,000/-. per year (2500/- per month). Family members all are dependent on Ranjit. From last 9 months Ranjit is not working. Their son is diagnosed with Blood Cancer. As he is the only sole earner in his family managing both daily expense and his daughter’s medical treatment cost is very difficult for him.
